Kirk Herbstreit names 5 SEC teams among his top performers from Week 5

Kirk Herbstreit liked a lot of what he saw from the SEC this week following some dominating and complete performances during Week 5’s action.

The ESPN college football commentator listed his top performing teams from this week, and included Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, Auburn and Mississippi State, which all either delivered dominating or historic wins on Saturday.

Herbstreit was so impressed that he made a six-way tie for first in his rankings, and then a four-way tie for seventh.

There’s also plenty to like about Week 6 this week across the SEC, including matchups featuring ranked teams like Arkansas at Ole Miss, and Georgia at Auburn, and then the primetime game between Alabama and Texas A&M.

So many BIG games resulted in several outstanding performances this week!
