The Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook has set their early Heisman odds, and the SEC is well represented.

In fact, six SEC players made the odds, including new Auburn QB Jarrett Stidham.

The pack is led by Alabama QB Jalen Hurts and RB Bo Scarbrough and LSU RB Derrius Guice, all three of whom are currently listed at 20/1 odds. Alabama has had two Heisman winners under Nick Saban, Mark Ingram in 2009 and Derrick Henry in 2015. LSU hasn’t won the award since Billy Cannon in 1959.

Vegas is also high on Georgia RB Nick Chubb, who isn’t far behind at 25/1. The Bulldogs’ last Heisman winner was Herschel Walker in 1982, of course, but Frank Sinkwich also won the award in 1942.

The Auburn offense is expected to put up numbers, as RB Kamryn Pettway checks in at 30/1 odds and QB Jarrett Stidham finishes off the pack at 50/1. In Gus Malzahn’s dynamic attack, which already saw Cam Newton win a Heisman, it would be easy to see a big year by the Tigers translate to at least an invite for their top offensive star.
