Georgia running back Nick Chubb is the new SEC frontrunner based on Bovada’s most recent Heisman update after Week 2’s slate of games while quarterbacks Jeremy Johnson and Dak Prescott have dropped considerably.

Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly, with six touchdown passes in two starts, has seen his stock rise from off the board to 20/1, seventh among players at his position. The Rebels travel to second-ranked Alabama on Saturday in a national spotlight game that will potentially affect the Heisman picture.

SEC touchdowns leader Derrick Henry and LSU sophomore ballcarrier Leonard Fournette have also moved closer to the front at 12/1. Fournette was masterful in LSU’s opener at No. 25 Mississippi State, managing career-high totals in carries, yards and touchdowns.

Arkansas running back Alex Collins, following a loss to Toledo, is off the board.
