HOOVER, Ala. — Paul Finebaum is the unofficial voice of the SEC and master of ceremonies at Media Days every summer.

In addition to his legendary four-hour radio show that’s simulcast on SEC Network, the Worldwide Leader announced this week that Finebaum will also host an hour-long standalone program on ESPN2 throughout football season.

He was kind enough to spend some time with us Tuesday at the Wynfrey Hotel to talk about the inner workings of the Paul Finebaum Show, which features one of the most loyal listenerships on any dial. Also, he discussed the state of his alma mater, Tennessee, as well as the stranglehold Alabama currently has on the best conference in America.
