The college football’s Week 11 is in the books, and boy, was it fun.

LSU beat Alabama in a thrilling 46-41 game in Tuscaloosa that should help the Tigers jump Ohio State in this week’s College Football Playoff Rankings which will be released Tuesday night. Elsewhere the Buckeyes trashed Maryland 73-14, while Clemson destroyed N.C. State 55-10.

Paul Finebaum joined SportsCenter Sunday morning to update his top four teams, and this week, LSU overtook the Buckeyes for his top spot. Below are Finebaum’s top four teams:

1. LSU Tigers: “LSU is the best team in the country, and they have shown it. They have continued to beat the best opposition. In the first half yesterday, Joe Burrow was as good as any quarterback I have ever seen. That last touchdown Alabama got may have saved Alabama a little from looking even worse than they did.”

2. Ohio State Buckeyes: “Sorry Buckeyes, but you’re going down. The Chase Young situation will be resolved, but when? Probably not until we get to the Big Ten Championship Game or the Michigan game. They are still very good.”

3. Clemson Tigers: “I’ve got Clemson moving up two. They keep beating people, but who exactly they’re beating is open for debate. But you can’t argue with how they are looking.”

4. Alabama Crimson Tide: “I start with Alabama, and before everyone jumps out of their bed and say, ‘Didn’t they just lose?’ Yes, they did, but this is as of this moment. The problem for Alabama is I don’t know if they can go any higher, and they’re likely to go lower as other teams start winning conference championships in a couple weeks. Alabama needs Auburn to beat Georgia to get a quality win somewhere.”

According to Finebaum, Alabama fans are now (gasp!) Auburn fans, as the Tide needs the Tigers to knock off Georgia Saturday to gain a quality win on its schedule.
