Qua Russaw, 5-star 2023 edge defender, reveals top group with 4 SEC teams

Qua Russaw is narrowing things down in his recruitment. The 5-star edge defender out of Montgomery, Alabama has 25 scholarship offers. On Friday, he named a top 6 with 4 SEC teams.
Alabama, Auburn, Florida and Georgia are in Russaw’s top 6, along with Alabama State and Ohio State.

Russaw, a Craver standout, is listed at 6-2, 230 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Russaw is rated the No. 3 edge defender, No. 5 recruit in the state of Alabama and No. 26 prospect overall in the class of 2023. Russaw also runs track. In April, he logged an 11.65 100 and threw the shot put 41-10.5.
