Kentucky, Mississippi State and Vanderbilt are all undefeated at 3-0 for the first time in over a century.

It has been 106 years, to be precise. The last time that particular trio of teams was unbeaten three weeks into the season was 1906.

It seems like a long time for such a streak when you think about it, but of course the Wildcats, Bulldogs and Commodores have all taken plenty of lumps over that period of time.

Now the stars have happened to align at just the right time. The three teams are all 3-0 for the first time since 1911.

SEC Network radio host Paul Finebaum pointed out the feat on Twitter Monday afternoon:

This flattering accomplishment could be in jeopardy this weekend, however, as all three teams have sizable tests inside the conference.

Kentucky hosts No. 20 Florida, the 17th-ranked Bulldogs travel to No. 11 Georgia and Vanderbilt has to play the nation’s No. 1 team — Alabama — in Nashville.
