Where will James Foster II sign on National Signing Day?

That’s the question several quarterback-needy SEC programs are wondering as we march closer and closer to National Signing Day.

It’s not often Alabama, LSU, Texas A&M and Florida State are all pursuing the same quarterback this close to National Signing Day, but with the early signing period having passed, these are some of the elite programs that failed to sign a quarterback during the first signing period. Now with available options limited, players like Foster become all the more valuable for needy programs.

Rated as the nation’s No. 12 dual-threat quarterback in the 2018 class, Foster is the top-ranked dual-threat QB that has yet to sign or commit.

LSU recently sent a big continent to see the Alabama native before the dead period begins on Sunday. Foster took his official visit to Baton Rouge two weekends ago:

Not to be outdone, Jimbo Fisher made an in-home visit with Foster Thursday. The QB made an official visit to College Station last weekend.
