5-star offensive lineman, big SEC target, Tristan Leigh updates his recruitment
One of the top offensive linemen in the class of 2021 has decided to keep his recruitment open a little longer. 5-star OT Tristan Leigh was expected to sign in the Early Signing Period and not reveal his destination until Jan. 2. He is now, according to Mike Farrell of Rivals, only committing on Jan. 2 and will sign in February.
Farrell indicates that it is a three-team race for Leigh right now between Florida, LSU and Oklahoma. Leigh traveled with his family and his girlfriend to Florida this past weekend to take in the UF-LSU game. Due to the extended recruiting dead period, Leigh’s party had to pay its own way to The Swamp and the Robinson Secondary standout could not meet with any Gators coaches.
Leigh is rated 5-stars, the No. 4 offensive tackle and No. 11 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2021 on the 247Sports Composite. He has 41 scholarship offers. Leigh’s Hudl profile lists him at 6-6, 295 pounds. His highlights can be viewed below:
