On Saturday, the BC Lions took on the Montreal Alouettes in their CFL season opener, earning a 22-10 victory.

However, one of the most-exciting moments in the game took place during a break in the action, when a fan made his way onto the field.

As you can see in the video below, BC Lions DB Marcell Young, a former Jackson State player, was not amused. He delivers quite a forearm shiver to the streaking fan, ending the chase for security officers:

Young had four tackles during the actual game as well, but none was met with the sort of fanfare and applause as this big-time takedown of a trespasser.

Let that be a lesson to BC fans — don’t run anywhere near Marcell Young if you find yourself on the field during gameplay.
