Who knew Clemson’s 10th annual Dabo Swinney Ladies Clinic would be so… interesting.

It what is becoming an annual tradition of sorts, some form of awkward behavior is being reported from a ladies clinic held on a college campus. This year, it’s a striptease by preseason All-American lineman Christian Wilkins. For what it’s worth, the ladies at the event seemed to enjoy the performance.

To the credit of the program, Clemson helped raise around $350,000 for breast cancer awareness and treatment following the event, which over 3,000 women attended.

Yet, the lasting memory from the 10th annual Dabo Swinney Ladies Clinic will probably be this video of Wilkins taking off his clothes for those in attendance:

According to The State, Clemson SID Ross Taylor issued a statement indicating the dance was not planned and not characteristic of the majority of the event.

“I think what’s been going around is certainly not indicative of what was actually going on,” Taylor said according to the State. “Clelin (Ferrell) was dancing with his mother out there. I think the winner was swag surfing. That video that’s going around is certainly not indicative of what was going on the whole day.”

No matter how innocent the event truly was or the good that was done, it appears one video is all it takes to make these events seems somewhat seedy.
