Spencer Rattler opened the scoring during Saturday’s Senior Bowl game by dropping a deep ball right into the bucket for former Georgia receiver Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint.

The former South Carolina quarterback connected with the former Bulldog on a 29-yard touchdown strike from first down. Rattler put the ball in a good spot, and Rosemy-Jacksaint went up and snatched the ball for a score.

Rattler threw for 3,012 yards and 18 touchdowns in his first season with South Carolina. He threw for 3,186 yards and 19 touchdowns in 2023. The arm talent was never in doubt for the former 5-star recruit, and that was evident in Mobile, Alabama throughout the week.

In a vote from defensive teammates, Rattler was named the top quarterback on the American team for his practice throughout the week.

Rosemy-Jacksaint appeared in 47 games throughout his Georgia career. He brought in 74 receptions for 1,028 yards and seven touchdowns.
