Alabama high school football stadium cleared after multiple gunshot injuries
Tragedy unfolded Friday night during a Mobile, Alabama, high school football game between Vigor and Williamson.
Four people at Ladd-Peebles Stadium were victims of gun shots, and one suffered a “life-threatening injury,” according to multiple reports. The game was postponed until a later date, and the victims were immediately transferred to a Mobile-area hospital.
“Multiple injuries have been reported,” according to officer Katrina Frazier’s statement on behalf of the Mobile P.D., “and those victims have been transported to the hospital. One individual has been transferred to the hospital with a life-threatening injury.”
The national scouting director of Catapult sports Jeff Martin had video at the game of the stadium being cleared during the fourth quarter.

Ladd-Peebles Stadium is home to the annual Senior Bowl. Unbeaten Victor was leading Williamson 28-12 with 5:49 left to play in the game.
