It has been reported that Texas A&M has already decided to fire Kevin Sumlin regardless of the outcome of the LSU game, and the school’s handling of the situation has apparently not been well-received by these two players.

The report that Sumlin would be fired regardless of the Aggies finish this season surfaced Tuesday. One staffer even indicated that the staff (and Sumlin) found out about the report while leaving practice on Tuesday.

The school has not announced anything official at this point.

After hearing about the report, former A&M OL Jermaine Eluemunor responded with a tweet and labeled the way A&M is reportedly handling the situation as classless:

Sophomore RB Trayveon Williams also sent a tweet on Wednesday that certainly seems to be directed at the current situation surrounding Sumlin and A&M:

The school has not released anything official which means everything at this point is still speculation.

Eluemunor played at A&M in 2015 and 2016 before heading to the NFL where he was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Williams has 678 rushing yards and 6 TDs this season after putting up 1,057 yards as a freshman. He also has three kick returns for 109 yards.
