Texas A&M LB Richard Moore will transfer

Texas A&M linebacker Richard Moore has decided to transfer, and he released a statement from his Twitter account Friday night.

The rising junior played in 19 games over the last two seasons for the Aggies, and he’s made 68 tackles during that time. For 2017, Moore was figured to be in the mix for playing time.

His transfer announcement came just two days after defensive lineman Reggie Chevis announced he was transferring to Houston for his senior season.

Moore is from Cedar Hill, Texas, and he was rated a three-star recruit exiting high school, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
