Nike-sponsored college programs are beginning to reveal new apparel for the 2015 season and Tennessee’s checkerboard-inspired trainers may be the swoosh’s most creative colorway yet.
The Vols’ 5.0 Trainers are defined by a Power T graphic on the tongue, team-specific insoles and the most unique feature, a checkerboard heel stripe. Fellow Nike school LSU debuted their ‘Tiger Eye’ trainers last week.
