Vols attempting to build Nolen family pipeline: Tennessee has now offered both younger brothers of 5-star Walter Nolen
Tennessee is committed to doing what it takes to get five-star Walter Nolen to notice Josh Heupel’s program. That includes offering all his younger brothers the opportunity to play college football on Rocky Top.
That includes Warren Nolen, a 2025 prospect, and Waylan Nolen, a 2027 prospect.
If Warren and Waylan turn out to be anything like their older brother, Tennessee is wise to extend offers their way so early in the process.
The offer to Waylan comes after the family made a recent stop in Knoxville to take an unofficial visit to see Tennessee’s football program. Walter Nolen is currently on a tour of schools that includes stops at Georgia and Florida.
The 6-foot-4, 300-pound Nolan is rated as the No. 3 overall prospect in the country and No. 1 defensive lineman for the 2022 recruiting cycle according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
On Friday, he shared the news that young Waylan has been extended an offer by Heupel’s staff.

This is just the latest sign that recruiting never stops in the SEC.
