Get ready, SEC football fans: another Manning quarterback is on the way.
Arch Manning, the eighth-grade son of Cooper Manning and nephew of Peyton and Eli, recently played in his high school spring game against Archbishop Shaw. Surprise, surprise – Manning threw three touchdowns.
Manning is a class of 2023 prospect. According to 247Sports, he doesn’t yet have a scholarship offer, but what do you know, he reportedly has interest in Tennessee and Ole Miss. He’s listed at 5-11, 155 pounds, but being in ninth grade, there’s still time to grow.
Judging by the recently uploaded highlights, SEC coaches are going to be making visits to Isidore Newman in New Orleans:
Edit: The article previously referred to Manning as a ninth-grader. He is in eighth grade.
