Alabama LB Reuben Foster, OG Alphonse Taylor will miss practice due to concussions
Alabama isn’t as banged up as most SEC teams are at this point in the season, but two of its key players will get an extra day of rest Monday, coach Nick Saban said during a Monday news conference.
Linebacker Reuben Foster and offensive guard Alphonse Taylor will both sit out practice while recovering from concussions sustained in the No. 1 Crimson Tide’s 49-30 win at No. 22 Arkansas last Saturday, Saban said. He hopes the senior duo can return to practice Tuesday.
Nick Saban said a couple guys will be out today. They will hopefully be back tomorrow. Reuben Foster and Alphonse Taylor.

Reuben Foster and Alphonse Taylor (concussions) out today, per Saban.

Saban: Reuben Foster's concussion came from hitting the ground, was not helmet-to-helmet. Taylor's wasn't obvious on game film.

Alabama (6-0, 3-0) will want to be at full health when it travels to Knoxville for a huge SEC matchup with rival and No. 9 Tennessee (5-1, 2-1) at 3:30 p.m. ET Saturday. Fortunately for the Tide, at least one player believes Foster will be healthy for the game.
Notable from Alabama player interviews today, LB Shaun Dion Hamilton thinks Reuben Foster will play at Tennessee
