LSU insider says SEC title game will be Lane Kiffin’s last with Alabama

Could the Crimson Tide be without offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin as they head into the College Football Playoff?
One LSU insider thinks so, and said as much on Thursday’s “After Further Review” show on ESPN Radio in Baton Rouge:
.@MikeDetillier on #AFR : Saturday is the last game Lane Kiffin will ever coach at Alabama.@1045espn @ESPNRadioNOLA

The insider, Mike Detillier, is a friend of new LSU coach Ed Orgeron, but it’s unclear who supplied him with the information that led to his claim on AFR.
Kiffin has been strongly linked to Orgeron and the prevailing rumor is that he’ll join Coach O’s staff as the offensive coordinator for the Tigers.
Why Kiffin would leave the Alabama program with a chance to claim another national championship on the line is a mystery, but if Detillier is to be believed, that’s exactly what will happen.
