Hours prior to Saturday’s game against Idaho, Florida announced the suspension of three players: wide receiver Demarcus Robinson and defensive tackles Darious Cummings and Jay-nard Bostwick.

At Will Muschamp’s Monday presser, the head coach announced all three will be available this coming weekend when the Gators open their season up against Eastern Michigan.

“We did have Darious Cummings and Jay-nard Bostwick suspended for the first game for a violation of team rules,” said Muschamp. “They will be back this week with us. They’ve handled a lot of things for me as well as Demarcus Robinson.”

Robinson, who saw action in only seven games last year, was suspended twice last season for violating team rules.

“He had an university sanction, which has been resolved,” Muschamp added. “This was a total separate issue, he had handled all of his stuff from the year before.”

“Moving forward, we’ll have those three guys back.”

Cummings and Bostwick were the 1-2 punch at nose tackle in last week’s depth chart, while Robinson was slotted as the backup at the X receiver position.
