Mike and Maurkice Pouncey terrorized opposing defensive players during their time with the Florida Gators. The offensive linemen won a BCS National Championship with the Gators in 2008 and both went on to become first-round picks in the NFL Draft (Mike was the No. 15 pick in 2011 and Maurkice was the No. 18 pick in 2010).

The twins, who have made seven NFL Pro Bowls between them, have a cousin — three-star WR/DB Jordan Pouncey of Winter Park, Florida — who is making waves on the recruiting trail.

After a strong performance at a Florida camp earlier this week, Jordan can decide whether he wants to follow in his cousins’ footsteps:

According to rivals.com, Pouncey, who is in the class of 2017, already has quite the collection of offers, including from SEC schools like Alabama, Auburn and Tennessee.

But it sounds like Pouncey was pretty excited about the Gators’ offer and may rate Florida higher on his list because of the family connection.
