Several Florida players have come down with the flu and may miss today’s game against third-ranked Ole Miss, an anonymous source close to the team has told the Associated Press.

Quarterback Will Grier has been sick for several days according to the source and is a game-time decision:

Earlier this week, Florida coach Jim McElwain said he thought the flu had run its course and players were improving.

If Grier can’t play, sophomore Treon Harris will get the start for the Gators.

Florida’s ranked No. 25 in this week’s AP Top 25 coming off a come-from-behind win against Tennessee. Grier went 5-for-5 on fourth down against the Vols for 123 yards and a touchdown.

He has started the last three games under center for the unbeaten Gators after Harris started the season opener. Harris was suspended for last week’s game against Tennessee after reportedly failing a drug test.
