Rumors continue to swirl around LSU offensive coordinatorย Cam Cameron and whether he’ll be in Baton Rouge next season.
He responded to them on Wednesday by denying them and resoundingly stating thatย he’ll be guiding the Tigers offense when next fall rolls around despite the team’s struggles on that side of the ball.
One of the reports of Cameron’s departure stems from a tweet byย 104.5 ESPN’s James Haralson, who quotesย Baton Rouge radio host Charles Hanagriff as saying, “To the best of my knowledge through multiple sources, I believe this to be true.”

Cameron’s contract with the school is set to expire on March 31. However, LSU’s offensive coordinator the last three seasons was firmย in saying he’s staying put. Here’s what he had to say, according to LSU’s Sports Information Director, Michael Bonnette.

Coach Les Miles joined Cameron in denying the report, according to ESPN’s Marty Smith.
