Tiger Stadium vandalized for second time in recent months
For the second time in recent months, LSU’s Tiger Stadium has been vandalized. This time, the vandals damaged the grass.
Somewhere Les Miles is crying.
LSU’s SID Michael Bonnette confirmed the damage to The Advocate, but he added that it’s minimal and can be corrected.
“The good thing about grass is that it grows back,” Bonnette told the paper.
The field was covered after the damage occurred, and it’s unclear the extent at this time, as you can see below in the photo.

The first time it was damaged came on the eve of the Alabama-LSU matchup this past year, when two Alabama students broke into the stadium and damaged the eye of the tiger logo at midfield.
