THE GOOD

+22: Missouri’s turnover margin since the beginning of last season. The Tigers have forced a turnover in an NCAA-best 47 consecutive games. Mizzou hammered UCF in the second half last week by forcing four turnovers. If Gary Pinkel’s team continues that trend, Indiana will be hard-pressed to win this game.

1-10: The Big Ten’s record against power conference opponents this season. Rutgers beat Washington State on the road in the first week, and no Big Ten team has won against a power conference foe since. Oh, and Indiana, Purdue and Northwestern lost to MAC teams.

14: Combined tackles for loss by Shane Ray and Markus Golden, both of whom rank in the Top 5 in the country. Ray shares the national lead with Washington defensive tackle Danny Shelton.

THE BAD

4th: In the country. That’s where Indiana’s run offense ranks through three weeks, as Tevin Coleman has rushed for 437 yards on 9.3 yards per carry.

10: Number of days Missouri fans have to wait to see their team play an SEC game. After this weekend, Tennessee and Missouri will be the only two SEC teams with an 0-0 conference record, but the Vols have a noon ET kickoff against Georgia, while the Tigers must wait until 7 p.m. ET on Sept. 27.

4: Games running back Morgan Steward has missed this season after being ruled out for Saturday with a hip injury. Steward suffered the injury early in August, and after an MRI, the team initially said he’d return in a matter of days. Missouri needs backfield depth so it can more frequently deploy Marcus Murphy in the slot as planned.
