Missouri freshman OL to have shoulder surgery, miss several weeks

Missouri true freshman offensive tackle Darvis Holmes is set to have shoulder surgery Thursday morning and expected to miss several weeks, per PowerMizzou.com’s Gabe DeArmond.

Holes (6-foot-5, 315 pounds) was a four-star prospect and the No. 14 recruit at his position from the class of 2016, according to 247Sports. He ranked as the nation’s No. 109 overall prospect.
