Did we hear this right? Colin Cowherd admitted he was wrong?
Back in 2013, after the infamous Kick Six in the Iron Bowl, Cowherd sounded off about the weaknesses Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn would expose for Tide head Nick Saban.
โNick is not great off the rails or against unpredictable coaches,โ Cowherd said. โHe has more trouble with quirky than substantial. Heโll go toe to toe with substantial. So I think Malzahn is built to give Nick trouble.”
He also decided to speak directly to the Crimson Tide fans.
โI want all you Alabama fans, who love Finebaum and hate me, to know,โ Cowherd said. โRight now, youโre driving around and Iโm here to tell you that youโre going to start to lose to Gus Malzahn.”
But now it seems Cowherd has changed his tune.
"I think I was wrong on that whole Gus Malzahn is going to be a nightmare for Nick Saban thing" – @ColinCowherd. #TheHerd
