Report: Dan Mullen or Mark Richt to 'The U?' Miami interviews both
We could very well see the University of Miami come after a head coach with SEC ties.
According to Dave Hyde of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, Miami already has interviewed Mississippi State coach Dan Mullen and planned to interview former Georgia coach Mark Richt today.
Miami interviewed Mullen, Butch and Schiano. Talking with Richt today, per source.

If Richt is not interested in Miami, (note: IF) doubt it has to do w @CanesFootball program itself. Brad Kaaya would be a dream for Richt.

Mullen’s name also has been mentioned in connection with the Georgia vacancy, as well as with several openings following the 2014 season. He’s making more than $4 million at Mississippi State and has earned equity with the fan base there the last two seasons, but senior quarterback Dak Prescott is on his way out.
Richt said Monday at his going-away press conference that he really wants to work more closely with an offense, especially quarterbacks.
Both coaches surely would enjoy inheriting Brad Kaaya, who will be a junior in 2015. At 6-foot-4, 210 pounds, Kaaya threw 41 touchdown passes in his first two college seasons.
