Tennessee could be getting some key players back very soon.

Cameron Sutton and Alvin Kamara were both wearing green jerseys during Tuesday’s practice, according to Patrick Brown of the Times Free Press. Brown also reported that offensive lineman Charles Mosley was working with the defensive linemen.

Sutton has missed the Vols’ last six games recovering from a fractured ankle that took place during the team’s Week 3 win over Ohio. Prior to his injury, the senior started at cornerback in every game for Tennessee since enrolling in 2013. Sutton was also named to numerous preseason watch lists including the Jim Thorpe, Bronko Nagurski and Chuck Bednarik Awards.

Kamara recorded 313 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 64 attempts, as well as 260 receiving yards and three touchdowns on 22 catches before experiencing an injury against Alabama in Week 7. The redshirt junior split carries with former Tennessee running back Jalen Hurd prior to Hurd’s decision to leave the program.

Mosley was a former 4-star prospect who has spent the majority of his time at Tennessee coming off the bench. There is no confirmation on whether he will officially make a position change.
