Memphis CB Rayshad Williams picks Vanderbilt over Tennessee, others
Memphis CB Rayshad Williams was recruited by both Tennessee and Vanderbilt, and he’s decided to take his talents to Nashville.
The 3-star Whitehaven product announced he was committed in a tweet accompanied by his highlight video.

The 6-foot-4, 183-pound cornerback is rated the No. 28 Tennessee recruit on the 247Sports Composite. He has 10 offers, including Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi State and Ole Miss. In the month of June, Vanderbilt has added eight commitments, including four since June 21. Williams is commitment No. 12 in the class, which ranks No. 27 nationally and No. 5 in the SEC.
