WATCH: LSU band pays tribute to military on Veterans Day

On Saturday, many teams around the country wore special uniforms and did other things to honor the U.S. military, as Saturday was Veterans Day.

In Baton Rouge, the LSU band got in on the celebration, showing their appreciation for the armed forces during halftime.

As you can see in the clip below, the band members spelled out “Thank you” while others unveiled a flag in the shape of the country:

LSU is winning 19-10 late in the third quarter, but it has been a lackluster effort from the Tigers so far.

The band’s halftime show and salute to those who have served may be the best non-Derrius Guice highlight from the game so far.
