The 2018 season will be a special one for LSU as the Tigers will be celebrating 125 years of the program.
LSU’s first football game was in November of 1893. The program plans to honor the 125th anniversary all season long, including honoring the best 25 players from the previous 25 seasons which will add to LSU’s storied history from the greatest players in the program’s first century, which was named in 1993.
To honor the 125-year milestone, the Tigers plan to wear the uniform patch seen below all season long.
