The NFL Draft came and went, and there were a bunch of talented players who didn’t hear their names called.

Even though the SEC led all conferences in draft picks, there were a bunch of others who had to sign as undrafted free agents.

As NFL squads make decisions on those undrafted free agents, a pair of SEC teams are leading the way for the conference with eight players signed. As you can see in the graphic below, TCU has had nine undrafted players signed, but LSU and Tennessee are right on the Horned Frogs’ heels with eight each:

Behind them, Auburn, Georgia and Vanderbilt each had six players signed. Alabama, Florida and South Carolina had five players signed. Mizzou and Arkansas each had four, Texas A&M had three, Kentucky and Ole Miss had two and Mississippi State had one.

Those players still have a long way to go to make their teams’ 53-man rosters, but they’re off to a good start in their young NFL careers.
