The Georgia-Tennessee game featured one of the weirdest extra points you’ll ever see.
In the third quarter, Georgia was counting on K Rodrigo Blankenship to make it 24-0 over Tennessee. The routine kick goes awry as Blankenship appears to overrun the ball. Somehow, he still had time to back up and kick it. It wasn’t pretty, but the made extra point counts just the same as any other.
From the Volunteer perspective, it’s just been that kind of day. UGA leads 24-0 at the 5:51 mark in the third quarter.
