WATCH: Arkansas DB took a questionable shot at Tua Tagovailoa when he lined up at WR

The Alabama Crimson Tide used a formation on Saturday against Arkansas that had QB Tua Tagovailoa line up at wide receiver while Jalen Hurts served as the quarterback.
While Tagovailoa was lined up out wide, though, Arkansas DB Ryan Pulley appeared to take a questionable shot at Tagovailoa’s helmet.
As you can see in the video below, Tagovailoa is looking in at the ball when Pulley lunges forward, making contact with the star quarterback’s helmet:

It’s likely that Pulley was only trying to jam Tagovailoa at the line of scrimmage, which is legal, but making contact with another player’s helmet should have been a penalty.
If Tagovailoa lines up out wide again this season, he’ll now have to be on his guard to make sure that doesn’t happen again.
