One Florida State fan is finding out that there are major consequence for his behavior after posting a racist image involving FSU coach Willie Taggart over the weekend.

On Monday morning, it was announced that the man behind the post, Tom Shand, had been suspended from his job with Hilton Grand Vacations.

On Monday afternoon, Hilton Grand Vacations announced that he’d been fired for his racist behavior, which violated company policies:

It appears Shand’s troubles aren’t over yet, though, as WTXL is reporting that legal and law enforcement agencies are investigating the post:

Florida State Attorney Jack Campbell has confirmed to WTXL that the State Attorney’s Office, FDLE, the Leon County Sheriff’s Office and the FSU PD are investigating a racist post showing head football coach Willie Taggart getting lynched.

Campbell says that the investigation is still in its early stages and there are no additional details to provide at this time.

We’ll see what becomes of the investigation as it progresses.
