Now that Championship Weekend is over and the conference titles have been decided, all that’s left to do is for the College Football Playoff committee to name a final four.
Alabama is for sure in, as the Tide won a thrilling SEC title game on Saturday afternoon. Clemson is also likely a lock, but the other two spots are up for grabs.
As you can see below, ESPN’s Playoff Predictor has Notre Dame and Ohio State getting those final two spots:
Who gets the last spot in the College Football Playoff? According to ESPN’s Playoff Predictor, Ohio State is a 71 percent favorite over Oklahoma to land the 4th playoff spot. The Buckeyes rank 4th in strength of record, while the Sooners rank 6th. pic.twitter.com/G5yVch1Qzw

Seeing Ohio State in the projections is interesting, as Oklahoma is currently ahead of them in the rankings.
However, the Buckeyes had a big win over Northwestern and have an impressive strength of schedule. We’ll have to see what the committee thinks on Sunday afternoon.
