Phil Savage is headed back to the NFL.

The former Alabama radio analyst and Reese’s Senior Bowl executive director will join the New York Jets’ front office, per multiple reports. He’s reportedly set to become a senior advisor to the new GM Joe Douglas.

Savage has served in the NFL with the Browns (2005-08), Ravens (1996-04) and Eagles (2010-12). Savage took over the Senior Bowl in 2012. Most recently, Savage was named the GM of the AAF’s Phoenix team.

Savage was the color analyst alongside Eli Gold starting in 2009 through July 2018.
