The fallout from Ole Miss’ decision to move on from Luke has claimed its first victim in the 2020 recruiting cycle as Florida running back Kyjuan Herndon has announced his decommitment from the Rebel program.

A native of Jacksonville, Fla., the Sandalwood High School standout originally committed to Ole Miss on March 24, 2019. 247Sports Composite Rankings list Herndon as a three-star prospect and the No. 117 athlete in the nation for the 2020 recruiting cycle.

Following this news, the Rebels are down to 22 total commitments for the 2020 cycle, with more defections likely to follow in the coming days as Ole Miss looks to replace Luke.
