Mark Stoops shares powerful message on Twitter amid protests in Kentucky and nationwide

As protestors took to the streets in Louisville, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Washington D.C. and many other cities around the nation on Friday night, there were also some powerful messages of hope being shared both in speeches and on social media.

Kentucky coach Mark Stoops took to Twitter to share a powerful message of unity on Friday night.

As you can see below, Stoops said he hurts for the injustice many people face in our country, and then calls for unity and respect moving forward:

Responses to Stoops’ tweet were overwhelmingly positive, and it is clear he is a respected leader in Kentucky.
