Fans react to Lane Kiffin's odd choice of mask colors
It didn’t take Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin to cause a stir on social media during his first game at the helm of the Rebels’ program.
The issue? He was spotted on the sidelines wearing a purple and yellow mask, which naturally drew concerns from SEC fans everywhere.
As you can see below, it appears to be a combo Kobe Bryant/Michael Jordan mask, with the Kobe side being the reason for the purple and yellow:

Of course, when Kiffin was shown on the Rebels’ first series with his mask pulled down and bunched around his neck, it started fans speculating on Twitter that he was wearing LSU colors:

Maybe he’ll pull it up a bit more soon to make it clear it’s a Kobe mask and not an LSU one.
