Key Kentucky defender decides to opt out of the rest of the 2020 season
Things have not been going well for the Kentucky Wildcats lately. They’re only 3-6 on the season and end the regular season on Saturday against South Carolina.
Now, they have some more bad news to deal with, as a key defender has opted out for the rest of the season/postseason.
As you can see below, CB Kelvin Joseph, a transfer from LSU, has decided to opt out to prepare for the 2021 NFL Draft:

Joseph has been a solid corner for the Wildcats this season, recording 25 tackles and 4 interceptions, 1 of which he returned for a touchdown.
Where he ends up getting drafted remains to be seen, but he’ll be missed on the back end of the Kentucky defense.
