Alabama played in front of the second-largest crowd in the history of Kyle Field and a last-second field goal lifted Texas A&M to a 41-38 victory on Saturday night. It caused more than 100,000 fans to rush the field in celebration.

It ended a 19-game winning streak that dated back to the 2019 Iron Bowl, and was Alabama’s first loss to an unranked team since the Louisiana-Monroe game in 2007.

Plenty of people recalled Jimbo Fisher’s comment from the offseason when he said Texas A&M would beat Alabama while Nick Saban is still there.
