Lincoln Riley is piecing together his first staff at USC, and he reportedly has his eye on another SEC assistant.
According to Yahoo’s Pete Thamel, Riley is set to hire OL coach Josh Henson away from the Aggies to join him in Los Angeles.
Henson used to coach against Riley’s Oklahoma squads as a member of the Oklahoma State staff. He joined the Aggies in 2019 and was a key architect of the “Maroon Goons” in 2020:

Now, the Aggies will be on the clock to replace Henson, who takes his wealth of experience to the Pac-12.
This marks the latest key assistant Jimbo Fisher has lost after DC Mike Elko landed the head coaching job at Duke.
