Mizzou’s worn its matte black helmets before, but never with its slick black alternate logo.
Gary Pinkel let his seniors choose Friday’s uniform combination vs. Arkansas and the players picked these helmets. The Tigers’ matte black lids are often stuck with silver or gold logos, instead of black.
