A 4-star running back out of Texas has given the Alabama football family something extra to celebrate this Thanksgiving. Thursday afternoon, Jamarion Miller announced he has flipped his commitment from Texas to the Crimson Tide.

Miller, out of Tyler, Texas, is listed at 5-10, 195 pounds and rated the No. 7 running back, No. 18 Lone Star State product and No. 102 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2022 on the 247Sports Composite.

Miller has picked up 27 scholarship offers during his recruitment. He pledged to Steve Sarkisian’s Texas program on June 28, but continued to take visits. Miller visited Oklahoma in July and Alabama on Oct. 23, the weekend of the Tennessee game.
