Yes, it’s far too early to start projecting the 2019 NFL Draft with any certainty, but no, complaining about it isn’t going to stop people from doing just that.

On Monday, Sporting News released its early 2019 mock draft, and three teams — Clemson, Ohio State and Alabama — are each expected to have four first-round selections.

Clemson’s entire defensive line is projected to go in Round 1, as are four Buckeyes. Here are the four Alabama players expected to go on the opening night of the 2019 draft, along with the teams projected to take them:

  • No. 5 — Jonah Williams, OT — Cleveland Browns
  • No. 14 — Raekwon Davis, DL — Baltimore Ravens
  • No. 16 — Christian Miller, LB — Kansas City Chiefs
  • No. 29 — Anfernee Jennings, LB — Los Angeles Rams

Again, it’s early, so this could all change. However, it is safe to assume that a few Crimson Tide players will go in Round 1, as they’ve produced a lot of first-round talent in recent years.
