Alabama will reportedly be looking to replace a key off-field staffer.

According to Matt Zenitz of 247Sports, Paul Constantine is taking a position with the Atlanta Falcons. He has worked with the Crimson Tide the past four seasons.

Constantine has been a strength assistant since 2012, getting his start at Baylor. After stops at Houston Baptist and Indiana, he joined the Alabama staff almost four years ago.

At UA, Constantine began as an assistant athletic performance coach in March 2020. Two years later, he was promoted to Director of Applied Science, his position for the last two seasons.

New head coach Kalen DeBoer will seek to fill all staff vacancies before Alabama begins spring practice in the coming weeks. The Crimson Tide has set its A-Day spring game, the conclusion of the 15 spring practices, for April 13 in Bryant-Denny Stadium.
