Alabama's Million Dollar Band won't be making the trip to Texas this weekend, per report
Top-ranked Alabama heads to Austin, Texas, on Saturday for a showdown with the Texas Longhorns.
The Crimson Tide will do so, however, without the support of their marching band, the Million Dollar Band.
The Million Dollar Band has apparently decided against making the trip based on the seating arrangements that were being offered by the home team, which has been an ongoing issue for visiting bands in Austin in recent years.
UPDATE: A former member of the Million Dollar Band has confirmed that the band will not be traveling to Austin, TX because of the proposed seating arrangements and limited number of seats.

The trip to Texas will be the first road test of the season for the Crimson Tide.
Oddsmakers, however, aren’t anticipating much of a test, as Alabama is nearly a 3-touchdown favorite in the contest.
The Longhorns and Crimson Tide are set for a Noon (ET) kickoff in a game that will be televised by Fox Sports.
